Postage & Handling Policy.
Before ordering, please check the following estimated delivery time for your country or region. All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post and include tracking (with an express option at checkout). Within Australia, you can expect your order within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. International orders will be sent by air and take roughly 3 to 10 working days from Australia. Please note that tracking is only available with some international destinations. Please also understand that transit times may vary due to factors outside of my control. If you have an urgent order, email email@example.com before ordering to ensure you have your package delivered on time.
Sheridan Eveline checks all physical products by hand before dispatch; packaging with high quality, durable materials to achieve best protection in transit to consumer. Sheridan Eveline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if there has been a confirmed delivery. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Sheridan Eveline marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Sheridan Eveline does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
