Pattern License Types Explained

License Types.

Exclusive. It’s all yours baby! This license type means that once purchased, no-one else is able to use the design as it can only be licensed once. It’s all yours to absolutely own with unlimited commercial use. And before you ask - yup, this means that all non-exclusive category options will no longer be available.
Non-Exclusive (but Exclusive to a Category). This license type means that the pattern is available to be purchased across multiple categories. Nonetheless, once the pattern has been purchased from a specific category, it is no longer available to be sold in that category.

Non-Exclusive Categories.

Homewares & Lifestyle. Includes: home décor, upholstery, wallpaper, bedding and linens. Excludes: kids.
Fashion & Accessories.
Includes: apparel, garments and accessories. Excludes: kids.
Stationery.
Includes: writing paper, envelopes, notepads, notebooks, journals and planners.
Occasion & Gifting. Includes: greeting cards, wrapping paper, invitations, party products and gift items.
Kids. Includes: kids and baby apparel, garments, bedding, linens and accessories.
Brand Identity. Includes: support graphic in brand collateral, product, packaging, venue or store interior design, marketing, events and/ or digital environments. Excludes: use within logo/s.
