Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking. Please understand that transit times may vary due to factors outside of my control. If you have an urgent request, email hello@sheridaneveline.com before ordering to ensure you have your package delivered in time.

Sheridan Eveline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if there has been a confirmed or attempted delivery. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number. The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Sheridan Eveline marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Sheridan Eveline does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
