Processing times.

Each product is made to order to save on waste. With this in mind, please allow the following processing times before dispatch.
Prints (A5, A4, A3): 1-2 business days.
Greeting cards: 1-2 business days.
Phone cases: 6-8 business days.
Shirts:
3-5 business days.

Shipping times.

Please note shipping times are on top of processing times. If you live in a rural area, your order may take a wee bit longer! 
Standard: 2-8 business days.
Express: 1-4 business days.

COVID-19 announcement.

Due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high package volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. My delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Lost packages.

Sheridan Eveline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if there has been a confirmed or attempted delivery. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number. The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Sheridan Eveline marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Sheridan Eveline does not offer free shipping back to the customer.

International orders.
